4BD1 engine restoration. Doing some restoration work for these engine cause some weird sound comes out during the work, its never get so comfortable to hear the sound while working. We decided to do the restoration work sooner as we the excavator can work continuously. We found out that the piston ring has already loose cause the piston move freely inside the liner. Which cause a bit damaged to the liner. But luckily it still can be used for a period of time. If it still happens in future. The block will be going to some engineering work.
