A tasty 7 layer dip that’s vegan and gluten-free!! The perfect party snack for the Super Bowl!

Refried beans
- 1 onion
- 3-6 cloves garlic
- 1 x 540ml can beans with liquid
- 1/4 cup - 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp salt

Vegan cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds - I used Daiya
- 4-6 tbsp unsweetened plant milk

- salsa
- corn + tomatoes
- vegan sour cream- I used Toffuti Sour Supreme
- tajin
- green onions/ chives
- guacamole optional
