This session highlights how a significant hospitality organization used Oracle Cloud Applications to improve its Point of Consumption (PoC) expense processes. Before this technology was implemented, the organization faced challenges with disjointed workflows, manual errors, and a need for real-time data analysis. These limitations hindered their operations and negatively impacted the customer experience. With the integration of Oracle Fusion Applications, the company established a consolidated and efficient expense management system allowing immediate monitoring of PoC expenses. This integration reduced errors, faster processes, and increased transparency throughout the organization.
