Running KRT Sportsland Sugo which is similar to the @FormulaDrift Japan layout this weekend. Three car tandems back to back. Chase as 3rd car, chase as 2nd car, and lead with @irsell and @mattfoster79

Same as in real drifting I like to use the handbrake for certain types of entries to help settle the car to angle and get back on throttle for consistent runs.

As third car - In chase as third car you tend to take shallower line and its easy to get caught in smoke line. You have to predict slow downs from the lead cars which I like to rely on handbrake to extend drifts for slow down parts.

As a normal chase - I tend to use less handbrake and more left foot braking while heavy on throttle(similar to a fast rolling burnout) maintaining proximity and closing in the gaps tighter.

Lead - handbrake on initiation and modulate throttle for outer zones with some added angle.

Just wanted to share my thoughts and pointers from my point of view. Next time I'll set up the foot cam.

I am using a @simagicofficial Alpha Mini with GT1 Round Wheel and P2000 pedals.
