In a region called the Crowsnest Pass in the southern Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Canada, there is an old coal mine called "The Bellevue Coal Mine". Visitors can trek 1000 feet down an original (reinforced) coal shaft, 150 feet below the Earth's surface, to see what life as a coal miner would have been like.
Join Marti from "Down the Wrabbit Hole Travel" as she and her family explore the Bellevue Coal Mine - from hard hats and head lamps, to coal seams and pitch-black tunnels, come experience it all with us! Listen to all the fascinating stories about life underground! :)
