This Video was captured in the year 2063 B.S. in a picnic organized by AGE Nepal (A Genuine Education Group of Nepal). The institution was established to provide special needs to groups of disable children usually identified with very low expectations. The picnic location was at Karya Binayak Temple (कार्यविनायक मन्दिर). As parents, we were invited by the Management Team to participate in the Picnic. It was a Hindu temple located in Lalitpur District at about 10 kilometres south of Kathmandu. Binayak is a common alternative name of Ganesh, the elephant headed God. Son of lord Shiva, he is believed to manifest good luck and hence is worshipped first in almost all religious and auspicious occasions. It has very rich history linked with the most prestigious god, Rato Machhendranath as well. The temple was small yet artistic one. We enjoyed and had lots of fun and captured some very beautiful unforgettable moments.
