Unboxing, assembling and firing up my new Char Griller Texas Trio combination propane and charcoal grill/smoker.

I put my old BBQ out to pasture, but not my love of eating it, so had to buy another.
Char Griller is a great brand, I loved my original grill and used it to death.
Using a side box smoker is a learning curve for me but the process is delicious.
