Ingredients:
1) Red chilly : 10 - 12
2) Pepper seeds (eddemunchi ) : 1/2 tsp
3) Jeera : 1/2 tsp
4) Fenugreek seeds (metthe ) : 1/2 tsp
5) Mustard seeds (saasemi ) : 1/2 tsp
6)Coriander seeds (kotthambari ) : 2 tsp
7) 7-8 garlic pieces (bellulli)
8) inch of ginger (shunti)
9) grated coconut (6-7 tsp ) (peredhina thaarayi )
10) 2 greenchilly
11) 1/2 onion
12)Turmeric powder(manjal) : 1/2 tsp
12) Termarind (puli)water : little

Grind all the above ingredients in grinder including Termarind water (pulitha neer),termeric powder (manjal) and 2tsp salt (uppu).Watch the video for more details.
