Here's how I made a really hard to open enclosure for a whiskey bottle, along with a mini hand saw. This was made for a white elephant gift exchange. The only way to open it is to cut every piece of rebar. Made from 3/8" steel plate, 3/8" rebar, and 1.5" tubing. Mini hand saw was made from a reciprocating saw blade.
