This is the opening title sequence from Part II of The Godfather Saga. This version is taken from the 2012 AMC HD broadcast of The Godfather: A Novel For Television. (I believe this title sequence is a remastered version of the 1977 initial airing of the Saga, with a minor change in name from "The Complete Novel" to "A Novel.")
