1 whole chicken (meduim size)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 Lemon 🍋 (3/4 juice for sauce marinate)
2 TBS vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger
Lemon grass 1 stalk chopped
2 stalk lemongrass (stuffed)
2TBSP oil (brush to the skin of chicken)

Marinate:4 hours or overnight

Cookinv time: 1 hour
