On January 29th, the first day of my missed period, I found out we were expecting our first baby! My husband is on a state deployment and we only see each other about once a month, so I had to keep this a secret for TWO WEEKS! I was able to tell him in person on his birthday. I gave him one real present so he wouldn’t be expecting anything while I was recording his reaction, then gave him the box with contents revealing he’s going to be a DAD!
