Negative Resistance is analytically shown that can be realized in this circuit with combination of positive feedback and negative feedback using just one operational amplifier. We assume Op Amp is properly biased so that it is operating in linear region and Op Amp is not saturated. Voltage Gain and Input impedance are found and it is proved that voltage gain is always positive and greater than one. Input impedance is a negative resistance.
