Hi folks, in this video I replace the front brake pads of my BMW R1250R - this process should be broadly similar to other large capacity BMW bikes wearing Hayes brakes from the last three years or so.

The are a number of Brembo pad replacement videos on YouTube not many (if any!) on the Hayes caliper. If you have a biking friend with these calipers please point them in the direction of this video 👍

I won't pretend that this video is the most thorough or meticulous brake pad replacement video but I don't think I made any obvious howlers! Of course there are lots of opinions when it comes to common stuff like this so if you have one drop it in the comments 😁
