1.米其林餐厅屋有鲜—上海很有名的蟹粉汤包店，特色在于纯手工纯蟹汤包，蟹膏、蟹粉、蟹黄都有，馅料没有生姜味，挺不错的，但是也没有很惊艳，感觉不值这个价格，如果第一次来上海的小伙伴可以尝试下，主打纯手工拆蟹。
2.鼎泰丰—风靡全球的鼎泰丰，一直有在国外看到，很好奇它到底为什么很火。于是抱着好奇去吃，皮真的很薄很薄，但是它的馅料有生姜味，蟹粉的比猪肉的更好吃一点，它里面的肉和汤水混为一起，更喜欢它家的抄手拌面，很香，抄手虾仁的馅皮超级饱，很好吃。个人认为在国外的话，味道还是很可以的，但是猪肉馅的在国内真的比较一般了。
3.平价王馋三尺—这家店名气可能不是很响，但是几乎每个商场都会有，我觉得是最接近上海小笼包的味道，皮薄正好，汤水也多，里面的蟹粉和肉成一团，一口一个很爽。性价比也是绝了，43元8只，强烈推荐~
