The scientists of the world have managed to keep all the large and dangerous monsters under control, concealing them beneath the sea and within volcanoes.So that these could not harm people once again by coming to this world. But a female doctor feels that the creatures are being perpetrated as such. So she frees them from there through a machine so that the balance of nature can be restored again.
