Pankaj Pal, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, launched his real estate career in 1991, coinciding with India’s economic liberalization. Over his 33 years of experience, he has held leadership positions at Eros Group, Great Eastern (now Mahindra Realty), Vatika Group, Ireo, M3M, AIPL, and Landmark Group. His expertise encompasses product design, sales, marketing, corporate finance, and strategic management.

He served as Chief Sales Officer at IREO and M3M, overseeing their entire real estate portfolio, which included townships, residential, commercial, and SEZ projects across India. He then transitioned to AIPL as Group Executive Director, where he had a long and impactful journey. He is currently heading as a Managing Director at Whiteland Corporation, where he is leading strategic initiatives and driving business plans, contributing to the company's success and growth.
