Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana or DDU-GKY is a great effort of the Government of India to develop its rural and under-privileged population. The main objective of this scheme is to financially empower them. For this, they require proper skill training that can help them become independent in all means of the word.

With support from Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development and under the guidelines of Rural Development Ministry, Govt. Of India, Brainware Skills started the residential training programme of DDU-GKY in 2018, free of cost.

DDU-GKY has many courses under its program, out of which Brainware teaches only two job-oriented skill training courses. The first course is under the electronics sector, named FTCP or Field Technician- Computing and Peripherals. The Retail Sales Associate under the Retail Sector. Rural young generation is getting skill training, as well as they are groomed with soft skill communication and IT, so that a skilled work force is evolved for this ever-growing professional world.
