Hon'ble High Court of Kerala held that, a person who purchased the paddy land after 2008 is not entitled to get permission to reclaim the same for constructing house for his own purposes and the same will defeat the object and purposes of the Act 2008. The same is not applicable to the applications for correction of data bank and also for conversion of un-notified land
