This beautiful place is located near Pong Dam in Himachal Pradesh and it is just 64km away from Dharamshala. If you are planning a trip to McLeod Ganj and Triund, you must add this place in your list.

It is believed that this temple was built by pandavas during Mahabharata time. They tried to build their ‘staircase to heaven’ from here, which they couldn’t succeed in making. What makes this temple unique is the fact that this temple remains submerged in water for eight months of the year.
