i have managed to downgrade cities skylines to the earliest available vesion i can find, 1.0.5. this vesion of the game features many differences compared to the latest vesion of the game on steam, including the lack of a daylight cycle, weather, different terrain textures, and more. i am uploading this video for anyone trying to find footage of a 2015 build of this game.
