In this video, I will be showing you how to make the very famous Patties. This is a very famous snack, which is very simple to make. In this Patties, I made a nice and spicy chicken and potato filling, but you can use what ever meat you like for your filling. I recommend everyone to try this, you won't regret it. Patties ingredients:
All purpose/ Plain flour - 3 cup
Some salt
9 tablespoons of oil
Warm water

Boneless chicken
2 potatoes
5 green chillies
1 onion
Some curry leaves
6 garlic pieces
Small piece of ginger
Some oil
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Somes salt
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoons
