This is one of the more popular food trends this Quarantine. Here's my take on the famous Sushi Bake!
You may also add ebiko/tobiko if you can find it in the grocery. Try niyo it ah, super sarap talaga! In fact, this batch was eaten by my 2 kids and gone in less than 30 minutes! :)
Sushi Bake
3 cups Japanese Rice
1/4 cup Rice Wine, Japanese or Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp salt
250 g Prawns
250 grams Crabstick
1 bar Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
Sriracha
