Weeki Wachee, Florida, is a wonderful destination. And while we do love it there, we didn’t exactly expect to end up there recently. But… we did! Weeki Wachee is known for kayaking its beautiful waters. As it should be! That’s actually one of our favorite Florida activities we’ve ever done. But today we explore a different side of Weeki Wachee - we find a beautiful park with a beach and some breweries in nearby Spring Hill, Florida.
