My hair is due another Cherry Lola treatment, so in today's video I'm going to show you how quick, easy and effective it is on my natural 3c/4a curls..

Full Fat Plain Yoghurt (Brand, Onken)

Baking Soda (Brand, Arm and Hammer or Dr Oetker)

🖤 How to use products:

-Pour 250mgs (approx. 1 tub) of yoghurt into a bowl
-Then add 3 tablespoons of the Liquid Amino Acids
-And 2 tablespoons of baking soda.

Your mixture should be beige in colour and bubbling until it rises.
Apply your mixture to dry hair from roots to ends and leave on your hair for 20mins.
Next rinse your hair thoroughly with a moisturising shampoo (or co-wash if you prefer) and then style as normal, once the hair is washed.
