नमस्कार साथियों यह #LGsplit acहै 1.5 टन का जिसमें हमे यह शिकायत मिली की ठंडा नही कर रहा है।जब चेक किया तो बैक प्रेशर यानी सक्शन प्रेशर 70 PSI था। इस मशिन में गैस R-22 है तो बैक प्रेशर 55 से 60 जरूरी माना जाता है।अब प्रेशर 70 हो और कुलिंग बिल्कुल नही और कुछ देर बाद कम्प्रेशर भी ना चले तो जरूर कुछ बडा कारण हो सकता है।इसलिए जब हमने मशिन को खोलकर चेक किया मकेनिकल भाग को तो पाया कि बन्द पिरियड में जो गैस कम्प्रेशर से निकलकर solenoid valve फिर कन्डेन्शर में जाता है वह गैस कम्प्रेशर से निकलते ही सिधे सक्शन में चला जा रहा था जिससे कम्प्रेशर गरम हो जाता था जल्दी और कुलिंग बिल्कुल ना के बराबर और सन सनाहट की आवाज भी आती थी। अब इस समस्या को कैसे पकडते हैं??? और कैसे ठिक करते हैं वह सब आपको इस बिडियो में मिलेगा। इस विडियो को अन्त तक देखने के लिए आप सभी को धन्यवाद

Hello friends, this is #LGsplit ac of 1.5 ton in which we got a complaint that it is not cooling. When checked, the back pressure ie suction pressure was 70 PSI. Now the pressure is 70 and there is no cooling at all and after some time the compressor also does not work, then there can definitely be some big reason. That's why when we opened the machine Checked the mechanical part and found that in closed period, the gas that comes out of the compressor and then goes to the solenoid valve and then goes to the condenser, as soon as it comes out of the gas compressor, it was going straight into the suction, due to which the compressor used to heat up quickly and the cooling was negligible.
