🔔 Kimchi eomuk steamed dish. (1T=rice spoon)
500g kimchi, 350g eomuk, 1 green onion (45g), 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 150ml kimchi liquid, 400ml water.

✨ Kimchi eomuk steamed dish. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice eomuk, green onion, and Cheongyang pepper.
2. Add kimchi, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, eomuk, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 150ml kimchi liquid, 400ml water to the pan.
3. Close the lid and boil over high heat.
+ Once it boils, cook over low heat for 15 minutes more.
