In this episode of The Tribal Kitchen, we take you to Bastar, to a village called Kandadi in the dense forests. Here we cooked and ate desi chicken with a tribal family. The speciality of this chicken was that it was cooked without any hot spices.
दी ट्राइबल किचन में इस बार आपको बस्तर लिए चलते हैं. यहाँ नदी किनारे घने जंगल में एक गाँव है जिसका नाम है कंदाड़ी. यहाँ हमने एक आदिवासी परिवार के साथ देसी मुर्ग़ा पकाया और खाया. इस मुर्ग़े की ख़ासियत ये थी कि यह मुर्ग़ा बिना गर्म मसाले के पकाया गया था. लेकिन फिर बेहद स्वादिष्ट बना था.
