This is the Full Registered Version of VCDS, this feature may not be available to those with VCDS-Lite

This was done on a Mk4 Vw Golf, however will likely be the same for Audi, Seat and Skoda of the same years as they are based on the same platforms, however I have not done it on these and cannot confirm this.

For those who have done this and it still hasn't worked, it is likely to do with a fault or problem with your retrofit and not the activation.
There are ways to check the brake switch in VCDS that can make sure this is not at fault (common cause)
