This was a condemned 1912 upper apartment we took 3 years to deconstruct and renovate to its full potential. This space marks our first historic renovation and one that is close to our hearts. We love renovating spaces and making them new and interesting. Giving this space new life meant the world to us. Downton & Co. continues to do full tours throughout the space and it is located above our storefront. Soon to be converted into a VRBO it is currently a full time residence and a place we call home.
