(BALI) Actor & Singer Ken Chu (Taiwan) from the popular TV show Meteor Garden and F4 group married his wife Han Wen Wen / Vivien Han (China) at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali. The beautiful wedding ceremony took place at the floating glass chapel – Eternity, while the reception was celebrated at Mulia Bali’s newly launched Unity Garden by the beach. The couple was surprised by the presence of Jerry Yan, as he has previously declined to attend only to surprise his best friend as they walk into the chapel gliding hands with Vanness Wu.

Ken Chu and Vivian Han fell in love with Mulia Bali after their wedding photo-shoot for one of China’s bridal magazine earlier this year, they started changing their plans from hosting their weddings in Beijing to Bali.

The wedding procession starts on 2 September 2016 with Brides & Bridesmaid tea party at Mulia Villas. Then followed by the exquisite welcome dinner at Soleil - the signature beachfront dining with tables inside and out, facing the magnificent view of the tranquil ocean, specialized in delectable dishes with a Mediterranean touch, as well as exotic cuisines from Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. The restaurant has also been recently nominated “20 Best Restaurants In The World” by Veranda.com, joining a list of world’s top end Michelin rated restaurant.
On 3 September, at 9.18 AM the groom departed from his Villa to “Fetch the Bride”, a Chinese tradition where the Bridesmaid will throw games and the groom and his bestman must accomplish the task to prove his love. Including defrosting a block of ice to get to the key and unlock the Bride’s villa door, among many other games. The tradition ended with Ken carrying his new Bride back to his villa and feeding each other Chinese noodles and rice ball.

The two exchanged vows at the Eternity chapel at 3.58 PM on 3 September 2016 - a floating glass chapel with Mulia lake shimmering on the background, with Ken showing his romantic side and poured his heart out to Vivien. The Bride wore an elegant gown that featured hand-embroidered pearls and guipure accents, and the groom donned in a custom handmade tuxedo. Their best moments completed with the presence of Vanness Wu which previously had confirmed his wedding attendance, while Vic Zhou was not able to attend due to his newborn child and last Jerry Yan had declined to participate due to work commitment, but had actually planned a surprise by checking into Mulia Villas without the couple’s awareness and made a surprise appearance that took Ken by surprise.

After the wedding bells rang, the gala dinner was served at the newly launched Unity Garden - featuring endless views of the Indian Ocean and the iconic Balinese Geger Temple perched on the cliff of Nusa Dua bay. The show started with the couple first tango dance, followed by Ken and his band’s live performance and was completed by Vivien’s solo guitar performance that they have been rehearsing for quite some time. While everyone thought the reception was completed with fireworks show and a cake prepared by Mulia Deli that followed by a cake cutting. An impromptu performance of Meteor Garden theme song sung by Ken, Jerry and Vanness made F4 true fans cheering in tears; the night was closed with a highlight of Meteor Garden performance at Mulia Bali’s new Unity Garden.
