In this video, I take you through my experience with a Binge Eating Disorder, what worked and didn't work for me during recovery, and ultimately what made me officially recover. At the beginning, I also define what a Binge Eating Disorder actually is, as well as how someone might come to have one.

Binge eating recovery is going to be a PROCESS. There is no magic pill that will heal you from this. However, if you take the time to truly work on yourself from the inside out, I know FOR A FACT that you too can recover!
