Sylvia Browne falsely taught that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene at the Cana wedding, and that there is a Mother God who will grant wishes if you pray to her. She also gave hurtful false information to parents of missing children, and she wrongly predicted that the common cold would be eliminated by 2010, that there would be no more blindness or deafness by 2020, and that teachers would all be well-paid with small classrooms by 2020. Sylvia did not publicly renounce her teachings before she died.
