Together Joy and I worked with the Mennonite Central Committee for 16 years. I worked in Nigeria and Joy and I worked in Central America and the Philippines. Joy also worked at headquarters in Akron PA. we have come back to this place before, drawn by our dear friends, Harold (HA) and Barbara Penner. We visited again this month and loved the opportunity. The video is a brief tour. In 1987-91, when we worked in the Philippines, we used fledging internet. Messages we wrote from Manila arrived downstairs and were walked up to our boss’s desk. Esthetically the office is much more attractive than it was in 1985.
