The Rescue Support Platoon (RSP) of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) shares the responsibility for emergency rescue operations within the National Capital Region. Last week, the highly-skilled Soldiers from RSP conducted squad-level rope rescue training on Fort Belvoir to maintain their proficiency and readiness.
