At Eurosatory 2024, Spanish company EM&E (Escribano Mechanical & Engineering) in partnership with Thales unveiled a new rocket launcher for naval application.

Using the Sentinel 20 remote weapon station as base, the new system can launch up to 5 guided or unguided 70mm rockets by Thales Belgium. The system is being proposed to a South East Asia navy.

At Eurosatory 2024, Thales Belgium also unveiled a new counter drone (C-UAS) unguided rocket: The FZ123 C-UAS warhead deploys a cloud of small balls which can counter large UAVs or a swarm of several small drones.
