Pariba Ata Chakuli Recipe ( Odia ) | Wheat Flour Breakfast Recipe | Breakfast by Mrunalinee : Here I have shown a very quick and delicious Breakfast which is very healthy . Because this healthy Breakfast is prepared with Wheat Flour ( Atta / Ata ) and lots of fresh colourful Vegetables. It is also called as Pariba Ata Chakuli ( in Odia ) or Wheat flour Vegetables PanCake . Do serve this healthy food in your brekfast, lunch, or for Dinner with Tomato ketchup , mayonnaise or with any curry . Eat healthy and Stay happy :)
Ingredients :
1. Wheat Flour ( Atta / Ata ) - 2 cups ( 250 gm / 16 tbsp )
2. Water - 3 cups ( or as required )
3. Finely chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
4. Chopped Tomato - 1 ( medium )
5. Finely chopped Capsicum - 3 tbsp
6. Chopped Green Chilli - 2
7. Chopped Coriander leaves ( 2 tbsp )
8. Bengal Garm ( Chana dal / Buta dali ) - 1 tbsp ( instead of it use crushed roasted Peanut 1 tbsp )
9. White Gram ( Urad dal / Biri dali ) - 1 tbsp
10. Chopped Fresh Curry Leaves - 1 Stem ( 1 tbsp )
11. Crushed Ginger - 2 inch ( 1 tbsp )
12. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
13. Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp ( Optional )
14. Salt to taste
15. Oil
