2 tomatoes
1 Tsp Salt
¼ TSP turmeric powder
1 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp coriander powder
½ TSP cumin powder
½ TSP garam masala powder
Tadka:
Ghee
Garlic
Hing
Jeera
Dry chilli
1 Tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
For jeera rice:
Rice
Ghee
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Cumin seeds
Salt
Vinegar
Coriander
