Three companies of 91th Infantry Battalion and the British mechanized infantry company Royal Regiment of Fusiliers from Sennelager in North Rhine-Westphalia are currently practicing complex combat scenarios at the GÜZ combat training center in the Altmark. As an alternative to a live shot, practice ammunition is used and modern laser technology from SAAB is used to detect hits. This also applies to shots with the MELLS anti-tank system. The soldiers have sensors on their bodies and helmets. The entire process can then be evaluated again on the computer. On June 21, 2022, Major General Heico Hübner, commander of the 1st Armored Division, the commander of the 20th Armored Brigade, Brigadier General Carl Boswell, and the British Army Attaché, Colonel Simon Hirst, were present. The particular challenge for the practicing squad is that "friends" and "enemies" have the same vehicles. The "enemies" are only marked with a red cross.

The video shows some scenes of the exercise - without claiming knowledge of the specific situation. The main task was dealing with a major attack by enemy forces (marked with a red cross). The tactical activity of delay should be practiced. The specific situation is secondary for the video, as it is intended to show the close cooperation between German and British combat units. In an interview, Major General Hübner briefly presents the new "Medium Forces" concept and explains how the 91st Infantry Battalion would still have to be equipped in order to fully serve the "Medium Forces" concept. The viewer sees MARDER and WARRIOR infantry fighting vehicles, LEOPARD 2 battle tanks, FUCHS armored personnel carriers, BOXER GTKs, WIESEL weapons carriers and other vehicles. There is a lot of rich engine sound.
