ingredients
wild Mango / amra - 150 gm
black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
whole dried red chilli -
Bay leaf
salt - 2 pinch
turmeric - 2 pinch
sugar - 50 gm
oil
method
take a pan add oil, then add black mustard seeds, dried red chilli, Bay leaf, stir it for few seconds, add wild Mango / amra, stir it for a minute, add salt and turmeric, mix it up, then cover it for 3 to 4 minutes in low flame,
( stir in between )
after 4 minutes, open the lid, add sugar, stir it continues for a minute, add 1/2 cup of water, mix it, and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame, then turn off the flame. amrar chutney is ready to serve.
