Yup, the lady recording the clip said all what we were thinking; WTF. This viral video caught by a TikTok user with the handle SixTwentySeven, showed a woman in Seattle who looked like she was in a lot of pain limping through the streets. She was yelling, crying, and bleeding, and she looked like she needed help. She looked disoriented, her hair was mostly shaved with just a few spots of long brown hair. Anyone who saw the video was shocked and had a lot of questions. Was she the subject of terrible abuse? Was she using drugs? Was she going through a mental illness? It was all very confusing.
