I uploaded how to make Cheonggukjang with Instant Pot. It's a traditional Korean food made by fermenting soybeans. It can be made through the fermentation of boiled soybeans, adding Bacillus subtilis, which is usually contained in the rice straw. But I didn't use rice straws.

오늘은 제가 인스턴트팟을 이용해서 청국장 만드는법을 공유해봅니다. 청국장을 만들때는 볏짚이 필요한데요. 제가 살고 있는 오타와에서 볏짚을 구하기란? 하늘의 별따기이라 볏짚없이 청국장 만드는 방법을 공부하다가 성공한뒤 이제는 이 방법으로 청국장을 만들고 있어요.
