In this video I have explained the fraud of standard chartered bank with me. I have made some international payments on Ali Express. The Ali Express has issued me the refunds as I have not received the parcels. I have used standard chartered visa debit card for these international payments. The Ali Express has given me a proof of refund in form of ARN number stating that provide this ARN Number to bank so that bank may track the refund and give it to me. But standard chartered said that we not have facility to track the refund via ARN number. So they have not tracked the refund. My disputes were running more than 180 days but they always close the disputes without ay remarks. After that I have complained on Prime Minister Citizen Portal about the bank then bank has taken it serous and issued me the refunds. So I request you to take this situation in mind before doing any international transaction from standard chartered bank debit cards.
