Churrasco Chicken is really fun to make as you can watch spin around collecting more and more flavors s the drippings hit the coals and create flavor bombs that are picked up by the meat. In this video I do my first cook on the carson rodizio cooking Churrasco chicken thighs with a Lemon Honey Garlic Glaze.

Recipe for Churrasco Chicken:

Skewer Thighs that have been lightly coated on both sides with GQue BBQ the rub and place onto the Carson Rodizio over a bed of coals. In this video I used a weber kettle to hold the Carson Rodizio however it will work on any pit you got.
Apply the glaze once chicken reaches 140 degrees - Chicken is down when it hits 165 degrees.
For Glaze recipe:
1/4 C Olive oil
1/2 C Lemon Juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 Honey
Adjust to personal Preference
