It’s been one of those non-stop weeks where everything seems to be happening at once! Coco had a bit of a tough time at her competition last week – the weather was awful, and Santana wasn’t making things easy. But, she’s been working hard during her lessons, there’s definitely progress and I’m so proud of how determined she’s been. Between that and her hockey match, she’s been going full throttle!

On my end, it’s been a bit of a juggling act. I prepped for a big catering job in London, so spent a lot of time in the kitchen getting organised. Beth came over to help blitz the room, and it’s been such a relief to have everything back in place.

The house renovations are moving along as well. We’re finally getting the bathroom retiled, and it’s already looking so much better. It’s going to be a game-changer once the shower’s in – I can’t wait for us all to be able to have a quick wash instead of waiting for the bath to fill! The stables are also getting sorted, which is a huge relief.
