Would you love to get in great shape? What is that thing that you desire? Examples: “I want to lose 30 pounds”, I want to look toned”, “I want to feel strong”, I want to improve my health”, “I want to fight chronic disease”, I want to look great in my bikini”, “I want to fit into my old clothes again”, “I want to be able to keep up with my grandkids”, “I want to look fabulous for my wedding, school reunion, beach vacation”… Whatever it is, I’m asking you “What will having that do for you?” What is the important thing that is driving you to change or make the changes now that you haven’t been willing to make in the past? And, on a scale of 1-10 how important is this? Your number ONE Step to succeed is to have a powerful WHY, otherwise it’s not a weighty enough driver.
