It was Independence day and it was also a Saturday. The bumper of the car was literally falling off and there was just no way I could delay getting it fixed any further. I made up my mind that today would be the day. I must take a deep breath and charge on. I knew there would be a wait and I told the ducklings to grab some games and puzzles that would occupy their thoughts and hopefully get their minds away from what we thought would be a very boring situation. Turns out, my ducklings are really little superheroes. They turn everything into an adventure. Imagine having fun with my girls while getting the car repaired. It was the perfect smooth flowing Saturday and was made even more perfect as we were able to watch the celebratory fireworks whilst standing in our backyard.
