In this vlog we have fully explored Malshej ghat and various points and additionally we made an attempt to reach till Kalu waterfall, even though 4 wheeler can't reach to Kalu waterfall, one can walk and reach there, it would be a very simple trek of 3-4 kms. During this trek the beauty is to see the greenery, fog & mountains and once you reach at Kalu waterfall you can feel reaching in heaven. Every single second spent here is worth of life. 2 Wheeler's can reach till 3.5 kms however after that you have to walk for certain meters to reach till waterfall. Additionally we spent our night in Khubi village and explored Khireshwar village and spent time with kids and village people.

Malshej Ghat is a mountain pass and a popular hill station, nestled in the Western Ghats of Maharashtra. With its numerous lakes, waterfalls, mountains, and verdant flora and fauna, Malshej Ghat is popular among hikers, trekkers and nature lovers.

Malshej Ghat is an ideal retreat from the clamor of city life and is a popular weekend getaway from Mumbai, Pune and Thane. It is particularly known for the pink flamingoes which migrate here during July and September however we hardly came across very few flamingoes. This place is especially beautiful during the monsoons with lush green hills and exotic pink flamingoes.

With mesmerizing waterfalls to beautifully structured dams and steep, lofty forts, Malshej Ghat is a perfect place for nature lovers' delight. Harishchandragad Fort in this area is very popular among trekkers. The temples in Malshej Ghat date back to 16th century AD and are great examples of architectural marvel. Malshej falls, the beautiful Pimpalgaon dam and Kalu Waterfall is a must visit to relax yourself from the busy life of the cities.
