Pecan Brittle Recipe

Parchment Paper and Spatula Spray with vegetable oil IMPORTANT
Pecans Toasted in Dry Pan. Peanuts avoid roasting they burn quickly, Set aside
Place in pan
1/4c Water
1c Sugar
1c Brown Sugar
1/2c Corn Syrup
1c Pecans or Peanuts
Bring to 300 degrees check with Thermometer

Remove from heat add nuts mix
Add 1tsp Vanilla and 1tsp Baking Soda Mix Very Well
Place on oiled Parchment Paper
Let cool 45 minutes
