This time, I visited Remansito, in Asunción, Paraguay. For recommendation of my friend Os, we headed that way to try out this delicious dish based on surubí, a sweet water fish that can be found in Paraguay river.

Needless to say that it was delicious.

Usually, when people think about traveling in South America, Paraguay is not considered in the main destinations, well, that's a bit unfair, because there are so many food and cultural options to check out. Just like this amazing hidden gem located at the north of Asunción.
